Only a Team Owner and Admins can add new members
The Team Owner is the person who created your organization's account in Avocode. The Team Owner pays the subscription for all the members of his/her team. The billing is on a per member basis and either monthly or annual subscription.
NOTE: One organization can have multiple teams only with the Enterprise plan.
We automatically charge our customer's credit card at the beginning of the billing period. The service is auto-renewal unless you cancel the subscription. In that case, you'll be able to use Avocode for the rest of the current billing cycle - once that period ends, the subscription is canceled and you won’t have access to Avocode anymore.
Pro-rated billing per new users
If you add a new team member during the billing period, we will charge you a prorated amount to cover your new member's account for the remaining time of the already running billing period.
Let’s suppose your team is in the Business plan, which costs $12.99 per user per month. You add a new team member 10 days into your billing period (so there are 20 remaining days in the already purchased month of subscription). The per-day cost of the Business plan is the full price divided by 30 days in a month:
$12.99 / 30 = $0.433
We mentioned that there are still 20 days to go in this billing period, so we'll multiply this amount by 20.
$0.433 x 20 = $8.66
A new member in the Business plan added at this point of time will cost you $8.66 for the time until the end of the month.
At the start of the next billing period, we'll charge you $12.99 for each member in your team.
For example, let's say there are 5 members (including the Team Owner) in your team in the Business plan.
5 x $12.99 = $64.95
So we will charge you for $64.95 for the entire team per month.
